"Nico!" I squealed and enveloped him in a hug, he grinned at me and hugged me back. After some time we finally both pulled away.
"You've been gone for weeks!" I pointed out and sat beside him.
"You know that I've been building my company back to it's feet again. After a disastrous err..." His voice trailed off, I smiled.
"I understand."

While staring at her, it seems like it doesn't hurt me anymore that she's now with somebody else. I've also noticed how she's glowing, and she's smiling ever than before. Then that Zander guy is taking good care of her, it feels good seeing her laughing and her eyes was signalling me that she was and is really happy with her life now.
