Lilian's POV

I woke up in Matteo's arms. He was carrying me back to the pack house and I smiled then wrapped my hands around his neck.

"You're awake."

"Mmhmm,"

I looked forward and saw Romeo then I smiled but remembered and looked down.

They wrapped the blanket around me carefully so no part of me shows. Wow.

"How did you guys even know where I was?"

"When Gab came back, you were not with her so we got worried."

"Were you guys waiting for me?"

"Why wouldn't we?" he is literally the perfect description of charming.

"Matteo..."

"Hmm..."

"Well, I have something to tell you guys."

"What is it?"

I took a deep breath and opened my mouth to say those three words.

"I-" uh oh. Why is nothing coming out.

he kept on staring at me, waiting for me to say something.

"I- I- uh..."

Lilian take a deep breath and say this. It's not that hard.

"I lo-"

"Omg you guys are back."

"GOD DAMNIT GABRIELLA!" I yelled in our mind link and she halted.

"Umm... I'm gonna just go..."

She tiptoed away and I sighed.

"What did you want to say..." He was looking at me eagerly and all my courage from earlier left.

"I-I uh I like your hair."

I got down feeling embarrassed. His piercing gaze is making me feel weird and shy for no reason.

"Uhh... thank you..."

I nodded and avoided his gaze.

I hurried inside to see Gab waiting on the couch. I gave her a very nasty glare and she gulped. Loud.

"You. Me. Training grounds. Now!!'

"Lilian, you know I love you." I ignored her sweet words and went upstairs to put on some clothes.

When I came down, she was already in her workout clothes and we both went outside.

"Why are you even mad at me?"

"I was about to tell them."

"Tell them what?"

"You know...the conversation that we had in the car."

She makes and "oh" face and sighs.

"Sorry, about that."

"Too late. I'm gonna f**k you up. Let's go."

"Great. I can't wait."

She says with so much sarcasm that I laugh.

We go to the training grounds and I see the guys. They're training some pups that want to learn so they can be stronger when they grow.

And seeing how gentle the guys are with the pups makes me wonder if we'll ever have pups.

*Of course we will. Who would want to stay with a barren human like you.*

*Roxanne, I swear to the moon goddess. If you don't shut up-*

*Fine fine,*

I roll my eyes and sigh.

"Lilian, are we sparing or what?" I look at Gab and nod.

"We're fighting with our wolves."

"Okay."

I was about to shift but all the pups came running towards me

"Luna, Luna..."

I look at them and smile.

"Aunt Gabby, Aunt Gabby...oh did you guys hear that, I also got called."

The pups laugh at Gab's little joke.

"Luna, are you here to watch us train?"

"I'm actually here to do some sparing with Aunt Gabby."

"Oh, we'll make sure you win."

"Wow...way to boost my confidence." Gab said and crossed her arms.

"Auntie, you know that we were just playing."

I smiled and whispered.

"Don't worry. I'll win."

The kids gave me a thumbs up and stepped away.

I went behind a tree and took off my clothes then shifted immediately.

When I came out, I saw Gab's beautiful red wolf waiting.

Her name is Raven.

*Are you ready to lose.* Roxy mind linked Raven.

*Pfft, bring it on.* as you can tell, they are very cocky.

We went to the middle and the guys gave me a thumbs up.

"3...2...1...fight."

Raven lunged at me and I easily dodged at that hit then kick her face with my back legs. She snarls and I give her a little wolfy wink.

Anytime I am fighting with Gab, I am never serious which makes her mad cause she thinks I'm looking down at her but truth is, this b***h can fight.

It's my turn as I lunge at her and scratch her back. She howls and we go head to head in a full brawl.

She scratches me by my side and I bite her shoulder.

Once we separate, we start circling around each other, looking for a perfect opportunity to strike.

She goes for my tale and I block her attack but that gives her the opportunity to head butt me in the ribs sending me to the ground.

"Fuck." I was about to get up but I hear someone call my name.

That voice...

I stand up and look around but everyone is just staring at me confusingly.

"Lilian..." I hear the voice again. It's sounds sweet and at the same time has authority in its tone.

"Lilian..." Who's calling me. I look at Gab and she's staring at me confusingly too.

"What's wrong?" she asks

"Someone is calling me."

She tilts her head. "Who?"

"I don't know. Maybe it's just a false alarm. Continue."

"Umm okay."

We get in our fighting stance and Gab runs up to me. I stand my ground ready to block her attack when...

"LILIAN!!" I flinch and trip.

Raven was mid air but when she saw me fall, she hesitates and fall on her face.

"Who's calling me?"

"It's me you stupid child."

"And who is you. You don't expect me to know you when I don't even know you."

"Nonsense. Is that how you talk to your grandmother?"

I gasp,

"M-m-my grandmother?"

"Duh."

"So you're the moon goddess?"

"Nah, I'm the moon demon. Who else do you think it is? Stupid child." okay, I feel like her and Roxanne hate me.

*Shut up, you stupid human.*

See, what did I do to get this kind of treatment.

"No, no, no. What I meant was how can you grace me with your humble presence, grandmother."

She sighed. "I came here to warn you,"

"About?"

"Can you let me finish?"

"Sorry."

She sighed again and cleared her throat.

"Well, Rocco is about to awake,"

"Who's Rocco?"

*Rocco is another part of me,*

"Huh, how come I don't even know this?"

"*Cause you're stupid.*" they both said at the same time and I scoffed

"Typical."

"Anyways, you know how Matteo unlocked ice, Roxanne."

"Well yah."

"Well Roxanne is just her name."

"So who's Rocco?"

"Rocco, is your fire wolf that Romeo is about to awaken."

"WHAT!?"

"Right now, your wolf is just sitting down while staring off. Everyone is worried about you and they're desperately trying to wake you up. Romeo is about to do something that's not only gonna wake you but also awaken Rocco."

"So basically, Roxanne is ice while Rocco is fire,"

"Yup, then later you can awaken Rita."

"Okay, who's Rita?"

"Your third wolf"

"I have three wolves!"

*Well, you don't have three wolves, I just have three different personalities.*

"So you're saying Rocco can also talk like Roxanne?"

"Well yah, she is your wolf after all."

"Okay, so what does Rita do?"

"She's a life wolf."

"Life wolf?"

"Yes, fire and ice can destroy things so Rita is the one that's gonna fix everything. Let's say there's a bloody battle and everywhere is destroyed. She can rebuild everything like an undo button but she can't bring people back to life."

"Oh, okay. When am I gonna unlock her?"

"When the time is right."

"Okay."

"Trust me, she may seem useless but all of them have an equal role in your life."

"So who's gonna unlock her. *gasp* DO I HAVE A THIRD MATE?"

"What No. Do you want yourself to die?"

"GRANDMOTHER!!"

She laughs,

"It's about time for you to wake up."

"Is there anything I should know before I awaken her?"

"Yes. Rocco is very hard to deal with and the only people that she most likely listen to are your mates."

"Okay. Anything else?"

"Yah. It's gonna hurt."

"What's gonna hurt?"

"You'll see. It's gonna hurt like a bitch."

That was the last thing she said before she disappeared.

"Wow."

*Are you excited?*

"Kinda."

"Well I'm gonna have another you in my head so that sucks."

*You-* she was about to say something but suddenly, I felt as if electricity just shocked my body and I jolted back to reality.

I saw everyone around staring at me relief and fear.

I feel my paws retracting and I know I'm gonna shift back.

"EVERYONE TURN AROUND."

Romeo's uses his Alpha voice and everyone does what he asked. No one dares to peep.

I shift back feeling normal.

"Are you okay?"

Matteo asks and I nod, confused.

"Why isn't anything working?"

I ask Roxy.

*Give it a minute...* And just like that, I felt my body burn like hell.

"AHHHHH!" I screamed my lungs out cause the pain is unbearable. It feels as if they're whipping me with hot metal while boiling me alive.

"What's wrong?" Romeo touches and the pain seizes a little.

"My body burns...." My throat is dryer than the Sahara Desert. I feel like I don't even have any water in me.

Matteo touches me and it starts to sting so I move away from his grasp and lean into Romeo.

"Lilian..." I could hear the hurt in his voice and that makes me whimper cause it increases the burn.

Man, Rocco is not even born yet and she already whipped.

"I'm sorry but when you touch me, it stings."

Romeo looks around notice that people are still around us so he snaps his fingers and instantly, the three of us are in the forest.

"Baby girl, what's going on with you?"

"Rocco..."

"Who's Rocco?"

"I-" I felt my bones snap and shifting became painful again. It's as if I'm being burned in the sun while shifting. I feel like my bones are melting but they feel strong.

"ARGHHH f**k!" I see my hands turn into paws and I bury my face in Romeo's arms.

Whimpers started escaping from my lips as I felt the rest of my bone break.

Once I'm fully shifted, I breathe a sigh of relief and hear a voice in my head.

*Woah, this is sick. I'm finally out after all these years.*

"I'm guessing you're Rocco."

*No shit.*

"I hate you already."

*Aww, I hate you too.*

*I like her already/* Roxanne said and I rolled my eyes.

"Lilian..."

I heard Matteo say and Rocco purrs.

*Ooh, he sounds hot.*

"Rocco, meet your mates."

I raise my head up and the guys stared at me wide eyes before they smirked.

*Holy shit.*

*You got that right.* Roxy agreed with her.

Romeo started to trace his fingers on my face, well Rocco's face and she purrs again.

Matteo snaps his fingers and a mirror appeared.

Once he showed me my reflection, I gasped,

"Well nice to meet you Rocco."
