"Surprised to see me?" Takumi asked.
"Not really, more like glad. And shouldn't you be in the hospital?"
"Don't worry about it, the doctor said I'm ok. And don't you look prettier than usual."
She was in the denim dress and converse sneakers.
"Why not? This is our first date, after all."
"I guess so, but I think something's missing."
He replaced the hairpin she was wearing with another one shaped like a snowflake. It was the same colour as her eyes.
"That's better."
"So where are we going?"
He put a blindfold on her.
"I can't tell you, it's a surprise. But what I can tell you is that you'll definitely love it."
