Her Possession

Chapter 6

Next Morning

Yet another day away from the past and struggling in the present. With everything that happened, yesterday almost felt like an odd yet realistic dream in the Female Alpha’s opinion. She sighs to herself as she remotely thinks back to the past events and having them result in an insane dream. She lays in bed for a few minutes, reflecting over not only recent events but also the current ones that are engraved in her mind.

“Katrina Gabrielle Santos!!! You are in big trouble!!” Casey yells as she bursts into the young Alpha’s room. Well maybe last nights events weren’t a dream after all… Though Kat did wish she was still sleeping instead of having to deal with whatever Casey was going to complain and yell about. It’s been a long week for the young Female Alpha but deep down she knows that it’s only just the beginning.

“Geez Casey what’s your problem? I didn’t do anything.” Kat sighs in annoyance as she gets up to start another long and “fulfilling” day, and she says fulfilling with the utter most sarcasm that there could possibly be in this world.

“Don’t you dare play dumb with me then walk away as if nothing is wrong. You could’ve gotten us caught or worse killed. What were you thinking? What the hell were you doing out so late on their territory in the first place?” Kat sighs yet again.

“I found my mate.” The Female Alpha mumbles while brushing her teeth. Seeing as the young Beta was on a mission for answers and wasn’t giving any hint of her departure anytime soon, Katrina thought that she should just continue her daily routine until Casey decides to finally give up or just plainly leaves Kat alone. Knowing her it might take a while for one of those options to happen.

‘Moon Goddess give me strength. Because trust that I will surely need it when it comes with this woman.’

“EXCUSE ME?!?!?! Did I hear that correctly?!?! Did you just sat that you’ve found your mate?! After all this time?!” She squeals while shaking me.

“Mhm.” Kat replies while spitting the toothpaste in her mouth, continuing to rinse her mouth. Deep down in Kat subconscious, it has occurred to her varies ideas to get Casey off her case but doesn’t think they will have much effective.

“Oh my god!! This is fantastic!! Why didn’t you just day this is the beginning? What’s his name? What does he look like? How did it all happen? I want details women!” Casey is screaming out a bunch of questions at the same time Kat is surprised how easily she can keep up with Casey.

“It’s a long story.” Kat replies while mentally preparing herself for what’s coming next.

“Oh, trust me I have all the time in the world.” Once Kat heard that reply, she knew she was in for it.

Meanwhile on the other side of the waterfall, on Dark Crescent Territory there’s another discussion stirring up. Alec seems to be taking more time than usual to get with the program in Dom’s opinion. But who knows it could be because he is a bit thickheaded and doesn’t get the situation as easily? Dom seems to think that he doesn’t really need nor want to share every detail about his vivid dream for many reasons.

They aren’t really the sharing type of males like the grand male population. In their opinions they don’t want to know when or how their best friend gets laid in any shape or form. The poor guy would be scarred forever. But for now, Dominic’s current focus is the need to identify the female from his dream instead of scarring Alec. He has never seen her before in his life, but she felt so familiar in his arms and the dream was so vivid, that anyone would mistake it for reality.

‘Hmm maybe if we go on a run. I could get some ideas on how to figure all this out.’ Dominic suggests to himself. He decides not to go near the woods near his house so to avoid having to explain his current mood and thoughts to his mom. She’s another person that doesn’t need to know the details about his dream last night. In that case, the one that would be scarred is Dom himself with how blunt and embarrassing she can be he can only imagine how she would reply.

He treaded towards the north side instead, where the waterfall is. He let Leo out for a bit, then as his wolf was getting tired, he shifts back to his human form and has a little swim in the lake to relax his muscles. The tiny waves of the lake drift his body more towards the waterfall, so instead of going back to shore he swims closer to the waterfall. Once he gets there Dom suddenly wonders if there’s an entrance or a hidden cave on the other side. There are many rumors about this waterfall.

Rumors like there being a secret entrance to another world or something remotely like such idea. And Dominic is currently in the mood for an adventure. Surely enough there is a small entrance, but it was big enough to fit a person if they crouch low enough and crawl. It seems that the rumors were true. And well Dominic being the curious person that he is, he crouches down the entrance

Little did he know the surprise he is about to find on the other side.
