Chapter Five

1846 Words
The two men are now soaking wet and they are wearing such an unusual outfit. A black shortened version of coat that exposes a bit of their upper chest, and a dark blue kind of slacks. I guess? "Stupid watch." A man around his 20's slapped the square thingy tied around his wrist. His hair is brown and straight, broad shoulders, not so thin and not so plumped pink lips, and he is maybe two inches smaller than the man beside him. The two of them seem to be preoccupied by the square thing to notice a bunch of people pointing deadly weapons at them. The young man once again furiously slapped the square thingy and groaned, "The seller of this watch literally fooled me thinking this was waterproof." He pointed at the watch. The man beside him rolled his eyes, "Be thankful if we landed in a zombie apocalypse island, you'd be so damn safe." His tone was filled with annoyance. "And if someone lives here, don't tell them you are my brother." His hair is curled just like the man beside him, but in a darker shade. They both have the same upturned hazel eyes, long and narrow nose, but different face shape and one is a few inches taller. The young man beside the tall one scoffed, "It wasn't my fault you didn't fill the tank with gas, brother." He added firmness to the word and rolls his eyes. "English men?" Leo whispered to us with confusion like he couldn't believe aliens could speak our language. "It was your idea to foolishly knock down every guards there are in the cell and make a run for your life." The taller man stated, "And as a matter of fact, you didn't let me go to the gasoline station to fill up that damn plane." The man pointed at the now broken and sunken bird, or what they called a plane. "And accept the fact you are the most awful pilot there is to possibly exist in human existence." It is funny how they already reached the shore and still haven't noticed our dangerous presence. The young man scoffed and stopped walking, "I learned from you!" The brown-haired man defended himself. "You taught me everything I needed to know like how to drive and control a plane." "All you learned how to control was your short temper." The tall man raised an eyebrow. The young man stuttered and blushingly looked down at the sand, "At least I learned eh?" The man continued walking and lifted his eyes up to us where most of the women are pointing deadly weapons at them. His hazel eyes met the group and it went from lively to dark, and his strong face became nervous with fear. He stopped walking and just stared at us. "Besides, you were the one who built that plane." The young man continued but his brother slightly slapped him on his stomach and pointed at us. "What?" His brother asked with annoyance then looked at where his brother was pointing, "Oh." His face turned from annoyed to slightly troubled. The tall man beside him looked at us with confusion and curiosity. "Do you speak English?" He asked nicely. The young man scoffed and clicked his tongue, "You asked them if they speak English or no while you speak English?" He chuckled and shook his head, "Let me handle this big bro." He winked at his brother then looked at us with confidence in his smile and eyes. "What are you doing?" The tall man asked while watching his brother walk closer to us. "Ericko!" He whispered-shouted. His little brother turned his head to him and smirked, "Shh, don't worry." He returned his gaze to us and raised a hand. "Hello!" He raised his voice and waved his hand. "Do you." He pointed at us, "Speak." Ericko did a kind of like blowing a kiss hand gesture. "English." He pointed at himself. His brother stressfully pinched his nose bridge and shamefully looked down, "It is awfully humanly degrading to be related to you." "Why is he blowing a kiss?" Eloise whispered to us, disgusted by the strange man. Leo slowly walked to them with a g*n pointing at him, "Who are you?" He fiercely pointed the head of the g*n at them. Ericko's face brightened up with joy, "He speaks English!" He looked at his elder brother with excitement, "He speaks..." He turned his face to us and his smile slowly faded, "...English." He whispered under his breath and looked down at the sand, knowing that he made a fool out of himself, "He's English." His gorgeous pale face slowly turns red as he scratch the back of his neck. Leo loaded the g*n and pointed it back to them, "Are you some kind of monsters?" He firmly asked. "We are no monsters sir." They both held up their hands in the air in surrender, "I am Ivan Relish." Ivan politely said, "And this is Ericko." "His little brother." Ericko genuinely smiled at us then flashes his brother a mischievous grin. "What on earth happened to our barriers? How did you managed to get in here? What was that flying birdlike? Who do you work for?" Leo flooded the two men with pressure and questions. "First of all, with all due respect we didn't know there was a barrier and we just crashed into your place. Second, we don't know how we got here because we didn't notice anything, third the birdlike is our plane which helped us get here, and fourth we work for no one." Ericko replies, "And where are we anyways?" "You're here in England." Leo replied still pointing the g*n. "And you are in our territory." The brothers looked at each other with disbelief and chuckled for a second, "I am sorry, but this is not England." Ivan stated, "England is far from here." He elongates the word far. Leo turned his head to us and lifted his eyebrow indicating they're monsters, "You'll soon confess your true purpose here." The men and women walked closer to them with guns and knives clutched to their hands. "We are telling the truth." Ivan said. "Tie them up to the cell." Leo commanded as they tie a brown rope around the brothers' wrist. "You cannot imprison us!" Ivan shouted and swiftly pulled a g*n from his belt, but before he can point it at them Ericko took it from him. "You cannot shoot, we are outnumbered." His brother said and held out their guns in the air, "We come in peace." Ericko carefully placed their guns in front of them and one of the woman pushed it aside. "Why did you do that?" Ivan asked annoyed as they tie the ropes around their wrist and guns pointed at their back. "We found what we're looking for." Ericko simply said and willingly followed the man to the basement of the barn house where the cells are. "We are always imprisoned for no reason." Ivan said annoyed, but there is a hint of sarcasm. Leo walked towards to aunt May and whispered to us, "They know something we don't." Leo sighed then looked at the four of us, "Take the girls inside." "They have something that can help us know more about the outside world," Aunt May added, "It's better for the girls to be involved." Leo sighed heavily, "Now is not the time cousin." As aunt May, Leo, and the other girls talk about being involved I watched the brothers willingly give up and stay the night in the prison. My brown eyes landed on the young English man and it met Ericko's hazel eyes. I gave him a death glare, but I cannot push away the curiosity I am feeling. He gave a slight smile and returned his gaze back to the pathway. "We must be involved," I said which made their heads turn to me. "Clearly, they have bigger information that is too much for only thirty people to handle." I protested. "Selena," Leo always say my full name if he's about to say something to convince me, but I cut him off 'cause I am fully aware of the mess that I am about to enter. "We are no longer children, and we are only going to interrogate them." I glanced at Abigail with pleading eyes telling her to back me up. She sighed and nodded, "We might be a good help." I can tell the uncertainty in her eyes, "At least a small help." "We cannot risk young girls." A woman said around her 50's. Eloise sighed and turned to face the woman beside, "With all due respect, we are no longer children. We might know something that can help." Eloise added. We all shared the same expression—surprised. Eloise is the least person I expected to say something in this big mess. She is most likely to obey the rules and submit to whatever she is told to do by aunt May or Leo. "Leonardo, the girls are right." Aunt May cupped Leo's cheeks and slightly pulled his face downward to face her, "They will be a great help! We both taught them the things they can use to protect them." Leo's eyes are cold and stubborn, "I won't risk their lives." His voice is full of certainty. "I raised them as my own, I know why I forbid them to be involve in this mess." He removed aunt May's hands on his cheek and left. Aunt May sighed heavily and turned to us, "You will help us. I just need to talk to Leo about it and convince him." She smiled slightly and went back inside the farmhouse followed by the remaining girls that stayed, leaving us four in the shore with the breezy wind. "Something is seriously wrong." I turned my head to Eloise and I saw her looking at the weakened sky. "All of this has been a lie?" No matter how much I try to calm and convince myself everything is fine. There is no denying that we might be living in a lie, and the only source we have are those precipitous brothers. "We need to ask those men about whatever they can give us." Abigail stated, "We cannot waste anymore time." "I agree with Abigail." We looked at Hazel staring at the sky too, and her eyes are filled with anxiety. "We cannot wait anymore." She turned to Abigail beside her and nodded, "We can ask them questions at the cell while they are having a meeting tonight." Abigail replied. "Are you seriously planning to do this?" Hazel asked, "These are armed men." "Then we are the armed women." I picked up the two guns that were pushed away from them awhile ago. The guns looked advanced, it had golden trigger, big bullets, and the guns are white with a silver jaguar design at the side of the g*n, and black calligraphy carved beside the trigger.
