Grace's POV The elevator doors slid shut on Max. He'd kissed me. Deliberately. Knowing Hunter was watching. I took a shaky breath, pressing my palms flat against my stomach, trying to steady the tremor working through my hands. Hunter had seen. The look on his face when he'd burst through that conference room door, jaw clenched tight enough to crack bone, eyes dark with something that looked an awful lot like fury.
