A whole 2 to 3 minutes went by, and the girls fidgeted without saying anything. For Mercedes, it was getting unbearable. She felt that Yuna was too sensitive, and it would be difficult to speak to her if she said something that would trigger her to lose her cool. Nonetheless, they couldn't just stand there the whole day without saying a word to each other, although Mercedes was tempted to just say bye and walk away. That would be blatantly rude, so she refrained.
She sighed. It's either she would say something or this would not go anywhere. It didn't seem like Yuna was going to say anything, so it was up to her. It escaped Mercedes that Yuna looked unwell. She was palace and lacked her usual glow.
