I was supposed to fly to Singapore the day after I got the phone call, but I had an important meeting I had to attend, so it was postponed until this weekend. Since our flight is in the evening, Natasha asked that we go to Cedrick’s birthday party before heading to the airport. I wasn’t really in the mood to socialize, but Natasha was very insistent. I just gave in because I wasn’t in the mood to argue.
