SINCE that incident, I’ve been wanting to speak to the manager Mindy to appeal the supervisor’s decision, but I have not had the chance to do so. She’s rarely in the store, and when she is, the supervisor blocks me from seeing her, always saying that she’s busy and can’t see or talk to anyone.
After a week of trying, I felt defeated and got demotivated. I’m wary of helping customers out for fear that Julie and the other salesladies might steal the sale from me again.
