I didn’t want to leave Jessica alone in the hospital, but I have an important meeting that I can’t cancel or get out of. I don’t understand what is happening to me. I’ve never wanted to get out of a meeting for a woman, but I’ve actually considered it for Jessica. I didn’t realize that I’ve fallen to deeply for her that I’m willing to sacrifice what I’ve worked hard for in years to achieve.
I left Jericho’s room about two hours before my meeting. I still have to shower and get changed before heading to my meeting. As I was walking to my car, I ran into Cedrick who looked smug as he saw me.
