Angel's POV
"I may have some things to do today Angel, I'm sorry I can't be with you today." Gabriel said to me in our secret house.
"That's okay. I can take care of myself." I stood in the doorway and straightened his clothes for him.
For a moment, I really felt as if I was a wife watching my husband go to work.
I laughed at my thoughts and waved a hand at him.
"Michael has complained at home several times, he's just a Beta, you can't keep asking him to help you with the pack."
"All right. I really don't want to part with you. But it's nice to know that the side effects of that potion seem to be wearing off in your body soon. Otherwise, I might have been thinking about you all day." He kissed me.
