CHAPTER TEN A t midnight Colonel Jenkins and Sergeant Washington were dropped off by Washington’s Father. They headed west for an hour, parallel with the county line. “This is a good vantage point, you stay here. I’ll go a couple of miles further west,” said Colonel Jenkins. “Yes Sir, I believe this is where we stopped with the deputy.” “It is.
