My Hate, My Hurt

Chapter 4

RECAP:

Kelly slowly opens her eyes to see that she is laying down in an ocean-like place and everything was white, she was confused.

"Where am I?"

Kelly sat down, but before she could even stand, a huge wave instantly swallowed her.

*10 hours later*

It's a bright sunny day, and the sun is shining clearly with almost no clouds covering it, the heat is extremely high melting ice creams. No cars are honking, no sound of the motor's loud engine, and almost no one making any noise. It's quite peaceful, everyone is resting or joying. Tons of people are going to the beach to enjoy their vacation. Some are at the mall, spending their time and money on things they enjoy, and some went to travel to visit new places or their loved ones.

With everything so quiet, there she is, sleeping deeply and snoring loudly at her study table. Everything was quiet until the doorbell suddenly rang.

"Ding dong"3x

Alarmed by the doorbell, Kelly snapped out of her sleep. She tried to roll down a little bit to 'reach' the end of her bed but she fell off the chair.

*Crashing sounds*

Kelly:

"Owwwww"

"What the stars!???"

*Flashback of what happened*

Kelly hurriedly touched her neck to see if there is any bite marks from the wolf and if it was still intact.

Kelly inhaled deeply

"Bruhhhh, what was that???"

"Was that a dream??? The bite felt real, I can still feel the pain."

"Ding dong" 3x

The person at the door:

"Kelly, open up!!! What's happening in there?"

Kelly:

"Wait a moment"

Kelly's thought:

"Who could it be, it's so early"

Kelly stood up, fixed her hair a bit, and went to answer the door. She looked at the peephole of the door to see who it was. It was her friends, Maya and Rosy, seeing them, she opened the door and said hi.

Rosy:

"Girl, you okay? What was that crashing sound?"

Maya:

"yeah, did something break? Did you fall from somewhere or what?"

Kelly:

"Thanks for worrying. It's nothing, I just fell from the chair, hehe"

Maya & Rosy:

"WHAT!!!???"

Maya:

"Are you sure you're okay?"

Kelly:

"Yes, yes, I'm sure. Come in"

The house was still very dirty from yesterday night's "fun night". There were food sachets everywhere, and grains and pieces of food were scattered on the floor. Kelly's study table is messy and full of crumpled paper, paint, markers, colored pencil, sketch pads, and notebooks. Her laptop was plugged on with multiple tabs open. Her bed is messy and the pillow and blanket fell off it. Kelly got embarrassed about how messy it was.

Kelly:

"Aghhhh, sorry it's messy. I had a bit of me time last night"

Rosy:

"Really???>O< hehe"

Maya:

"Wehhh, maybe you had a guy over huh???"

*Maya and Rosy raise their eyebrows up and down, and tease Kelly"

Rosy:

"Was it just you or was a guy with you???"

*Rosy teases Kelly continuously"

Kelly:

"What!??? HAHAHA"

"It was just me..."

Kelly scratched her head with a smile while her friends tease her about having a guy over.

Maya:

"Hey Rosy, maybe she's denying it because it was Mateo~"

*Maya teases Kelly once more"

Rosy:

"Ohhhh, why you didn't tell us you and Mateo are already in mutual understanding"



*Rosy raised her eyebrows up and down and a teasing manner"

Kelly:

"HAHAHA, I wish. Come on guys, stop teasing me and sit down, I'm going to clean up first"

Rosy and Maya:

"Alright fine, but hurry up and get ready as well, let's go to the mall"

Kelly began cleaning her bed, she cleaned the pillows and replaced the pillowcase, and she also replaced the bedsheet and blanket. After cleaning her bed, Kelly started sweeping the floor, she picked up all of the sachets of food. After cleaning the floor, she went ahead and arranged the scattered materials and lastly, she put the sheets and clothing in the washing machine.



Kelly prepared some food for her friends and went to bathe.

In the shower, Kelly got her mind on what happened last night, she tried to remember what exactly happened but all she could remember was that she was bitten by a huge wolf. She struggles to get a glint of another thing but everything was just blurry. After 20 minutes, Kelly got out of the shower and started picking the clothes she was going to wear, she decided to wear square pants, a plain puffed-sleeved top, boots, and a small backpack. She combed her hair and put in her phone, wallet, charger, power bank, and keys.

She then went out to check on her friends.

Rosy:

"You ready?"

Kelly:

"In a moment, I'm just gonna check on the laundry real quick"

Kelly checked the laundry and saw that it was going to be another 2 and a half hours before it completes. She went out of the laundry room and told her friends that she was ready to go. Before leaving she checked if there were any cables plugged in, afterward, she and her friends went on their way.
