I waited patiently in the car, watching Yulia leave the lodge with Noah.
Indeed, Sophie and Cathie were going to miss them so badly...
While Yulia hugged Sophie and Cathie, Noah hugged them too. I sensed a deep bond among them that could never be broken. Seeing them approach my car, I quietly got out to open the car boot. When they got closer, I loaded the luggage boxes into the boot, shutting it to open the backseat door for Noah.
I wanted Yulia to sit beside me in the car, so I opened the front door for her. She slid in without a word, her eyes fixed on me as I got behind the steering wheel.
