In The Beginning

In the beginning there was only the Celestial. In her loneliness she created her perfect counterpart, a male version
of herself and for eons they did battle. When battle had run its course the male and female Celestial came together to
create Assist Trophies, the first god-tier weapon and another eon of battle kicked off. After a millennia of glorious
battle the two Celestials came together and created love and from that love New-Gods were created.
The first New-God was a god of light named Palutena, the second New-God was a god of darkness given the name
Ganondorf. The next two New-Gods came at the same time and represented the gods of games and trickery. Mr.Game
& Watch, the god of games and Pac-Man the trickster god. Having battled to their heart's content the Celestials sat
back to watch the New-Gods wage war. Following the same pattern as the Celestials the New-Gods eventually ceased
fighting to create their own god-tier weapons. For Palutena her weapon of choice became a black hole. As for
Ganondorf his weapon of choice became a revolving sun. Mr. Game & Watch a one up flag that grants the bearer an
extra life and for Pac-Man a Boss Galaga to remove opponents from battle.
