How can it be possible that Liam ended up being the CEO, it’s too cliché as if it were some TV series. I cannot work here, I won’t be able to keep my emotions at bay. I don’t like mixing my personal life with professional life and being around Liam, I won’t be able to keep up with that attitude.

I have to pull myself together, how I got so selfish. Drew and sissy both have so much expectations from me, I cannot disappoint them. Fighting! The rest of the day went by studying companies market research till the day, ups and down of the stocks with Drew and the Finance department. I will have to present new marketing brochures by fortnight, so my sleeves are loaded. As for Liam, I did not see him after the meeting and he departed for his business trip that will last for a week (rather ran off from me again). Sigh.

The week went by, I made a lot of friends from other departments. Everyone here respects Liam a lot. Women go gaga over him, well men are also not far. Today we have to attend the success party of one of the projects for which Liam went off. I will see him after a week, but it feels as if months have passed. Everyone had to go with a date, so I asked Drew’s younger brother Chris to accompany me. Chris is like my twin brother, I have shared all my heartbreaks obviously from the crushes that I had, which were all one-sided, I admired my crushes from afar and cried when they got girlfriends.
