I was supposed to be an ecstatic mother. A mother who now had access to her children and was free from a life of misery, but I wasn't. My eyes remained transfixed on the beautiful city of Oklahoma. Even at night, the city still looked so busy. Unlike the secluded calm town, I once lived in. It was my last night in the dark moon pack and I wanted to spend it right there on the rooftop.
