Astrid didn't know how long they ran for, only that the world around them seemed to blur as Reselda pulled her along. Eventually they came to a large stone pillar covered in vivid green vines. Reselda placed a shaking palm on the cool surface and the world around them wobbled, making Astrid close her eyes as dizziness surged through her head.
When everything steadied, Astrid opened her eyes to see a sight she'd never expected to see with her own eyes. The group stood in a large clearing with massive willow trees reaching their leaves down to the ground, dipping into a bubbling stream that happily made its way through the forest. Little lights danced around the multitude of flowers that bloomed from the forest floor.
