It’s Already Decided
Xander walked towards Cora and Xavier grabbed Nahla, “We’re so sorry mom, Dad is gone”, Xander said, his voice shaking with unshed tears. Cora fell onto her knees screaming, wailing for her mate, her love. “He can’t be gone, he just can’t”, Xander held her as she cried. Nahla began sobbing, Xavier was holding her, “How. Did. He. Die!”, she said screaming each word. “Selene was supposed to be the one that got stabbed, he saved her life”, Xavier tried calming down his mate.
Hearing this made them cry harder, he sacrificed himself to save his daughter. They couldn't be angry even if they tried. He made a sacrifice that any parent would have made without hesitation. But it still hurt that he was gone, he was a loving mate, a wonder father, and an amazing
