After school was finally over, Catherine found her way home, with the joy that she had been able to do something a lot meaningful that day and learnt a lot. She had briefly met with Mia after school, but she was in a hurry to go home, as a car came to pick her up.
“Won’t you like joining me? We could drop you off at your house before I go home, I’m sure my driver would not have any issue with that.” Mia had said as she walked closer to the black car that was parked and waiting for her to enter.
Catherine had to shake her head because she couldn’t let even her new friend know about Armani’s house, and the fact that she was living with them, so she smiled instead, “Nah, you don’t need to worry. I’m fine. I feel like taking a stroll.”
