It was a Saturday morning and it was quite sunny, but since Catherine was all alone at home, she didn’t mind the heat, after all, she was tired and just wanted to have her time to rest because the past week was a lot, although it wasn’t the worst week of her life since she started attending school considering how she hadn’t really been bullied by Kalia and her friends, and also, there wasn’t much interaction or fights between Catherine and anyone else she encountered, and then the best gift was having Mia coming into the school and being her friend. But in the midst of all that, she needed a breather.
She rolled on her bed, using the thick duvet to cover her whole body while she increased the temperature of the air conditioner.
“Ughhhh- it’s so good to have my time with nobody but me.”
