Hanging

He pursued me for more than two months until one day he stopped. At first, it was okay. I didn't mind it. It's just on f*******:. He's just someone random and common. My life continued day by day. "Do you have a boyfriend?" I was caught off guard by that question. My coworker asked me. We were walking for more than 3 hours, doing interviews and surveys. "Hmm, why did you ask?" "Just wondering." "I don't have a boyfriend since birth." "Woah. Really? How old are you again?" Here we go again with the small talk. "Hmm, I'm already 22." "Do you want me to introduce you to someone?" What? Don't bother. I don't have time. "No, I have someone with whom I have conversations." "Oh, are you chatting on f*******:?" "A sort of." "From where is he?" "Very far." "Is it okay with you? I mean long distance relationship?" "Hmm, I don't know." "I think that's very hard." She keeps on talking and talking. I wanted to just push her to the bridge earlier when we passed it. Her questions are boundless. Some real people ask you questions without much thinking. I mean things like this should not be asked of someone stranger to you. They even gave you advice although you didn't ask them. Nonetheless, the question here is why I even bother telling her I have someone when he stopped chatting a few days ago. This reminds me of the first person who tried to pursue me when we were in college. "I fell for you when we were talking. I realized someone like you should be mine." That's what he said. That moment I believe it. He's actually a good person. A good friend.
