The following two weeks, I barely let myself close my eyes. Well, if it were up to me, I’d just stop sleeping. But Cyrus is stern about that part of my life as well, even if it’s none of his business. He claimed that I need rest in order to function properly.
But my experience tells me that you can survive two weeks on coffee and energy drinks without a problem. I did that when I didn’t start studying for one of my past exam weeks on time. It was awful, I’ll admit that. However, it wasn’t impossible.
The truth is, I’ve been spending much more time with him lately than I intended to. But after breaking up with Marcus (and occasionally still having him beg me to take him back), I decided that enough is enough. No more boys. I need to fully focus on my future now.
