I spend my time, scrolling through the phone, having literally nothing to do since I decided not to go to class again. I texted Marcus about it, once again lying that I’m not feeling well. He offered to stop by during lunch. I told him yes, because I didn’t want to make up any more excuses. Besides, my dad is coming later in the afternoon. Their paths probably won’t cross again.
