His eyes glowed, and something inside him took over. His body moved on its own, jumped over an old log blocking his way, and scratched a Shadow that almost attacked Devanna from behind. He took the blades he had in his pocket and threw them over Devanna. She caught it and used it to her defense. Limo continued to fight over the remaining Shadows. His body felt light, and his hands are sharp. His legs are stronger than they usually were.
He pinned the last Shadow, and Devanna helped him purified it when the others arrived. They saw the situation was settled and found Devanna uninjured.
