Josh arrived early in the morning with a supply of blood bags from Coleman Medical Center.
Hanna consumed two in a row leaning against the kitchen cupboard. She licked her lips with satisfaction, looking at us out of the corner of her eye.
Meanwhile, he and I were having a steaming coffee sitting in the living room.
«Thanks for what you are doing», I told him with sincere gratitude, his help was essential and I had to acknowledge it.
«It's about Hanna, I can't leave her, even if, sooner or later, my parents will notice.»
«Hey, losers. Look, I'm here and I hear you» she exclaimed, haughty and amused.
I giggled under my mustache.
«Sorry, Hanna. It's all so absurd, I don't know what to do», I replied, getting lost in my thoughts.
«Let's take everyone's heads off!»
