MITSUKI POV She demonstrated an astute ability to energize the audiences and to make music feel like a commonplace, even in the United States. Because of her small repertoire she worked the stage with her flashing visuals, gave every song absolute commitment. She brim with confidence as she delivers every rap portions, flawless notes and dance steps that easily electrified the diverse crowd. She provided an enjoyable performance to the crowd's delight as their screams, cheers, energy and pure enjoyments written on their faces pumped her blood. Throughout the concert, she balanced the sequence of her songs from upbeat, high energy performances to a slower yet dancey song. Her music sprints across a brightly lit playground of sonic influences. Her songs are unmistakably pop, while drawing liberally from EDM and hip-hop, with a sprinkling of South Asian beats and FM rock for good measure. The mixing of genres is her K-pop signature, and something straight-up trap song, before the beat drops and it inexplicably and wonderfully spirals into a pulsating club track that leaves them catching their breath and seducing her way in to the hearts of the crowd. As the energy of her onstage musicians and backup dancers as they played and danced their hearts out between performances with the artistic and eclectic flashing of psychedelic strobe and stage lights added a fun, thrilling and memorable production show. Every performance ended with explosions of confetti and pyrotechnics. She catch her breath as she finished her last song. "Thank you very much! I hope you enjoyed tonight's performances. I hope to see you again soon?! Have a great night!" Her genuine smile flashed before the huge screen on stage as she walked from left to right acknowledging the crowd who wants to shake her hands. Just as she was about to leave the stage. The crowd cheered in screams of unison asking for an "Encore! Encore! Encore!" She beamed in delight as she found her way into the western crowd. She looked around on the left side of the stage and saw Marion as she mouthed her question to her to decide on what she needs to do. Marion motions to the imaginary watch on her wrist reminding her of the time and notions her for one possible song. She nodded at her and talked to the band. They did not rehearsed this song for tonight but practiced it during rehearsal. Emotions streamed through her. She felt a new as she mentally thank the Goddess and Marion for the opportunity she experienced tonight. She took in a deep breath and relaxed her quaking body, after a few minutes she emerged back on stage as the spotlight focused on her, the solemn play of the piano tune made the audience the lights o phones brought a romantic feel to the nights air. She exhaled her pent up breath and whispered. "Marion... This ones for you..." She saw as her cousins emotion flowed through her face. She smiled solemnly, mouthing her thanks. With another breathy exhale she sang the first word of her song. "You, when I quietly look at you Like the stars across the night sky You keep seeping into my heart Your scented, small smiles Keeps making my heart flutter This is love oh Love I'll stay right here I'm dreaming a dream that grows clearer with eyes closed This is love... "I'm nervous to find out What kind of person I am in your eyes My days are filled with only you No matter where I am So I get so sad that I can't take it This is love, oh Love... I'll stay right here I'm dreaming a dream that grows clearer with eyes closed This is love You've become my beautiful memory Always love love love I will love you forever Love oh It's you Only you alone is enough for me." She sang a ballad song, the lyrics she wrote when she met Killian for the first time five years ago. The days when she couldn't fall asleep as she daydreams of her love. The breeze ruffled her hair and her emotions. She poured her feelings and passion into the song. Every words pierce her soul. She searched her heart and realized she had been running away from her reality. She couldn't see him from this distance, the crowd and dark night wouldn't let her see his features clearly, yet her memory filled in the details, the classic lines of brows, nose and chin; his aristocratic angles and planes; the cast of his high cheekbones; the distracting pools of his dark eyes; as his expressions changed from delightfully charming to dominating in an the blink of an eye. She quelled a tiny shiver, as she thought she heard his deep intimate voice reverberated through her. She smiled inwardly as she felt at peace with her self. Her song ended as she made her innate decision... She saw her cousin Marion enveloped in the warm embrace of her mate Garren, before the stage light dimmed yet again and the security escorted her off the stage. She collapsed at the foot of the stairs as her feet gave away. She mustered her strength as she held on to the railings. A shrill cry from Marion and the celebratory clap and congratulations from the staff brought her back to the present. She couldn't stop the tears as they spill on her cheeks, trying her best not to wail and sob. They handed her a bunch of flowers to her delight. "It was wonderful. The crowd loved you! I'll be your manager here in the west from now on!" Her eyes twinkle with pure happiness as she hugged her again and again. "Thank you..." It's all she could muster to say as she looked at the faces of all the people surrounding her. She humbly bowed her head, to everyone's surprise. "It's a sign of respect in the East." Marion said to everyone as they nodded their heads in satisfaction. "Well then... I'll give you thirty minutes to change your clothes, rest and have a light meal. I'll come for you later, there are a lot of people who wanted to meet you personally. Ahh! I'm so~ excited to introduce you to them!" She grinned as she whispered something in her ear. "No teleporting please... We don't want these people learning about your gift! I'm afraid no matter how exhausted you are, you're gonna have to walk." She said as she mischievously wink at her. She pouted and glared at her cousin while she pushed her back setting her to walk. "Ha! Ha! Ha! Move girl, the clock is ticking." She reminded her while slapping her butt cheeks. She threw her a deadly glare before she hurriedly dash out of the backstage while the new set of security are hot on her trail. MARION POV Despite her calm outward appearance she knows that he sensed the tension within her. He called for her after Mitsuki's final stage performance. She can feel the intensity in his dark eyes piercing through her with fierce uncompromising intelligence. She felt a sweat or two trickle down her back as she blink her eyes a couple of times trying not to lock them with his. "A personal audience your Majesty?" She said trying to control her nervous breathing. "You heard me right. I want to be alone with her." He said as his voice deepened in authority. He stared at her intently as she swallowed a lump on her throat. "I will ask her your Majesty." She manages to breath out her response. "I am not asking Miss Crest." He said as his voice reverberated much lower in controlled anger. She flinched as she saw his eyes darken, his wolf resurfacing. She knows this man too well. He has supreme authority and his words are laws. He has control over his emotion but, will never hesitate with his intent the moment he found it deemed needed. He doesn't kill for any apparent reason, but, he will not think otherwise if he willed it. Her ability is mere speck of dust to this man. She had heard of his gift of telekinesis and telepathy, but have no idea how intensive his gifts are as she had never witnessed him used them before. There is no way out of his command, she cannot have her way with him no matter how hard she tries. "Where do you want me to bring her your majesty?" She said as she eyed the make shift tent near them. He raised his brows at her before he responded to her in full seriousness. "I need a place very private Miss Crest." He demanded. She hesitated for a moment as she tries to dodge her way out of the predicament that she is in. "All of the rooms in the pack house are occupied your majesty." Her lips pursed slightly. He thought for a moment before he answered her. "Don't try to fool me Miss Crest. I'm very much aware at what your trying to do. I remembered one particular place a little way out into the woods. Send her there in thirty minutes. I need enough time to prepare." He commanded as he raised his right hand to her. He had no intentions of hearing her protests. She couldn't have expected this. Killian is now fully aware of Mitsuki's existence. Where did they go wrong? Aston must have to told him! That blasted man doesn't really know how to lie! She was one hundred percent sure that the masking scent works. It still does up to this moment because she checked it herself and Zuki still smells bland. "Very well. How did you find out your majesty? Did Alpha Aston told you that Zuki and Moon are the same person?" She asked trying to control herself from removing formality aside. "You call her Zuki? " "Well yes. It's what the family calls her." "I see... To answer your question --No. You think I wouldn't know my own mate Miss Crest? Even a hundred spray of masking scent won't stop me from knowing. Your brother doesn't know anything." "But, didn't you call for both of them last time?" "I did. But Aston and Zuki are not that close. Your dear brother is too love sick to be useful. Besides, I'm asking you this much because she trusts you. And please --lose the formality we are already family after all." "But, why go through this great lengths just to get her out there?" "I'm no fool Marion. I need her to come alone. She's with the twins, those two have grown even much more stronger than the last time I met them. I can sense them even from a far. I don't want to alert those two. I also know of her gift, I need a secluded space to control her." "You don't plan on hurting her are you?!" She shouted horrified as he tell her of his plans. "You are making it sound like I'm going to do something bad to my own mate! You will obey me as your King and you will trust me as your family Marion. I promise you I won't do anything she won't like. Make sure she wears this necklace tonight." He said as he passed her a box with a golden ribbon in it. "What is this?" She asked curiously. "Jewelry." He answered flatly. "I can see that. What for?" She inquired again. He frowned before answering her. "It's embedded with spells --cursed energy." "Cursed energy?" Shock registered on her face. What is he talking about. She's only ever aware of witches potions but never spells with cursed energy. "Zuki is weak when it comes to cursed energy. Her body thrives on pure spiritual life-force. I need to weaken her a little so she won't be able to use her gift while she's wearing it. I can't let her escape again." "How are you knowing all of this?" She asked in astonishment. He let out a sigh and stared at her with narrowed eyes. "Your father told me everything I need to know about her. Except, for the part where she also happens to be my mate. She was nearer than I thought. She should have been with me years ago. If I had known she was related to your family." "But, she was too young back then!" "So you knew?" "Yes. She told me. Why? Are you going to punish me?" "It doesn't matter any more. I don't have time to dwell with regrets of the past. Your punishment, --is that you will bring her there. What are you waiting for? Leave! I'm getting impatient Marion." He said as he flashed her his radiating dark eyes with intensity. "Very well Killian. As long as you promise nothing bad will happen to her..." "Be there in thirty minutes. Disobey me and suffer the consequences." He warned her. "What if she suddenly runs away? How will that be my fault?" "She wouldn't run away unless you tell her yourself!" "Fine! I'll bring her there, thirty minutes sharp. Be honorable and keep your promise your majesty!" She hissed as she turned her back at him without even excusing herself. She was furious at him! She left him as she felt her anger rising to her ears. How is she going to make Zuki go out of her way to a secluded house in the middle of the woods without her being suspicious?! And the twins? She can manipulate them; maybe. Damn Killian! He speaks of family, but, she thinks she will lose a cousin after this night?! Does her ability work with Zuki? She tried the first time right? But, she remembered it didn't work too well! I'm gonna have to use that thing... Shit! She's going to kill me when she finds out! She needs to come up with a plan fast. She stomped her feet as she walked into the direction of the pack house, dashed up the stairs and into her room. She pushed a secret latch in the wall and open the hidden compartment. She brought out an iridescent small vial and swirled the contents to her face. She forced her eyes shut as she muttered a prayer. "Oh Goddess. I hope this works." She poised herself in prayer. She needs Zuki to get the twins first, before she can proceed to the next plan. Lana won't be a threat since she's been missing the whole night. She called for a waiter to get her four glasses of champagne and poured three drops of the iridescent liquid on each of the three other tall glasses. She mentally take note of the one she didn't and slightly separated it from the rest. When she reached Zuki's room, she signaled the security to open the door for her and gave instructions. "Don't let anyone in." She said while smiling sweetly at them. She casually opened the door as she saw her cousin sitting patiently at the make up chair all dolled up. She had change her clothes and is now wearing a black dress that is the same silhouette as the white one she wore for her stage performances. She shook her head and flashed her her most charming smile. "Zuki... You look refreshed." "Yes. Thank you. I regained some of my energy back. I thought my knees gave out from all the dancing. The food you had prepared was delicious." "That's good... I brought champagne to celebrate. I want to propose a toast. Can you call the the the twins and Lana first?" She strained to keep her voice innocent, least she will suspect her. "Lana's been missing the whole night. I can't reach her no matter how hard I tried. I'm starting to worry! Lana has never left my side before." She said sulking. "Cheer up dear. Maybe she found her mate to--night?" Zuki's eyes widen at the thought. But, Lana has always been there for her. She has never left her side she came to join their clan. "Is it possible?" "She's a western werewolf, you never know; maybe her mate is here. She never found one back home right? "I've never thought of the possibility. Well... If that was true then, I'll be happy for her. I just hope he will be good to her. She has been through a lot!" She half smiled at her. "Don't worry. For your peace of mind, I'll ask Garren to go look for her. I'm sure she's fine. Maybe she had too much of a good time she forgot about you." She smiled at her reassuring. "Yes. Please do. I'm really worried about her. What if something bad happened to her? She is also part of my family you know..." She whispered sincerely as she nodded her head at her. She thought she saw her think for a minute or two and then she stared sightlessly in the air, possibly mind linking the twins. She kept still for awhile talking to them. Then she saw it again, her special gift. It still amazes her that her cousin had the ability of teleportation. Zuki lift both hands in the air in a heart beat two specks of translucent energy grew bigger and bigger and on each side of the mirror like portals the twins; Souma and Ren emerged. The twins entered the transportation portals and with one swift movement Zuki closed them with the clenched of her hands. Both nodded at her in acknowledgement. She smiled at them sweetly and handed them the drinks. The twins looked at her in confusion but, did not ask any questions. "It's for a toast. I would like to congratulate and give my sincerest thank you to my dear cousin, Zuki, Souma and Ren; as well as, Lana for a successful event tonight. I don't think I can ever repay you enough for what you have done." She sincerely glanced at each one of them and raised the glass urging them to drink. "Cheers!" They all said in unison as she stared at the three between her sips on the tall glass of champagne praying that they won't find anything suspicious of their drinks. The twins downed their drinks in one gulp as Zuki drank hers slowly savoring the taste of the bubbly drink. She sipped her drink slowly as she watched the twins eyes grew heavy, while they shake their head trying to fight the drowsy feeling engulfing them. Zuki on the other hand leaned on the vanity table for support. She watched as the three figures slowly fell down on different directions about the room. She rushed to Zuki's side to prevent her head from hitting the chair beside her. She mind linked the security outside to get inside the room. Their faces registered shock when they saw the three unconscious bodies in the room, especially the twins; Souma and Ren lying on the floor. "Help me!" She ordered them as they took Zuki from her arms. She steadied herself on her feet and as soon as she placed her drink down. The skin on her back crawled when she felt the presence of someone familiar. She closed her eyes and prepared herself for the booming voice coming from outside the door. "What's going on in here?!" He demanded. Garren her mate was standing there almost covering the entirety of the door frame. He flipped his head looking at the three unconscious body inside the room. Then with questions written all over his face, locked eyes with her. "You incompetent fools! Why didn't you inform me that there is a breech in our security?!" He shouted in his commanding voice while pointing at the two female security inside the room to the unconscious twins on the floor. She winced at her own guilt as she grabbed her mate's hand to catch his attention. "Garren, I can explain..." He looked at her hand that is holding him as he tries to control his anger from within. "Don't you dare try that thing with me. Explain it. Right now!" He ordered her. Great. He noticed. "This isn't what you think it is! These two here are Zuki's personal guards." She said to him frantically pointing at the twins who are still unconscious on the floor . "Who's Zuki?" He asked. "Argh! This is Zuki--my cousin." She watched as her mate crossed his arms about his chest unconvinced at what she was saying. "That's Moon, the artist." "This is Zuki A.K.A Moon. This is her alter ego. Damnit! Bear with me. Please Garren... I don't have enough time to explain. Alpha King Killian wants me to bring her to the Crest Lodge in ten minutes or he will have my head." She said freaking out. "The Alpha King? What does he want with her?" "Their mates! But, this princess here is too stubborn, that's why I had to take drastic measures to get her there." "What did you do? You manipulated them to sleep?" "No. I think I'm losing my touch. I gave them sleeping potion. But, just enough to make them sleep for at least a few minutes." "Where did you get that thing?" "I'll tell you everything later. Please... Are you going to help me or not?" "You're under the king's order. Right? I don't want you getting into trouble." "I will be if we don't hurry up! Yes. The Alpha King himself. He's already out there waiting." "And them?" He said pointing yet again to the twins sprawled on the floor. "He wants her alone. This two here, won't make that happen. They are too loyal to her. Please... We need to take her now before they wake up." He rubbed his hands in his face in disbelief. "Ok. You need to take her to the Crest Lodge now. That won't be a problem. How about the twins?" "They need to be subdued, so they won't follow her. The problem is they are strong my love, stronger than you I'm afraid." She pouted at her last words. He sighed deeply before looking at her seriously. "We can place them in the holding cells." "But, they are not enemies or rogues!" She pleaded to him. "I know. The holding cells are much more comfortable than the dungeons." She sighed in relief. "Thank you." And kissed him hard and deep. He shook his head and smirked at her. "The things I do for love!" A few minutes later four of his men entered the now cramped room. "Beta." The four said in unison. "Men, listen carefully, we are following his majesty's order. This is a confidential matter. What you see and hear in this room will not be disclosed to anybody at any cost, If news got out of what happened here. You people will be punished by his majesty. Do you understand?" "Yes! Beta!" The four bowed their heads in respect. "Good. I need you to take those two to the holding cells. They are not enemies or rogues, see to it that they are not harmed. Just watch them carefully. I'm warning you though they are very strong. They need to remain there until the King orders for their release." "Like--Alpha strong!" She warned the four. They looked at her in disbelief. She stared at them equally and nodded her head repeatedly convincing them. "You two. Help me take her to the Crest Lodge now." He ordered the two female security who are still holding Zuki in their arms. Garren was about to reach for her when Marion stopped him. "No! You can't touch her!" "Why not?" "I can't really tell you the reason why. But, just know that no men have ever touched her except family Garren. She is a princess after all. Besides, I don't think Killian will be happy if he smells your scent on her!" She shrugged her shoulders at him. He grunts in frustration. "Fine. you two carry her! Let's go to the back, we'll take the SUV parked there." "Wait! She needs to wear this!" Garren looks at her with so much questions in his face as she placed the necklace in her neck. "What? King's orders. Ok?" She said as she pouted at her mate. "Are you sure about this? I believe she's going to be mad at you when she wakes up my love." He looked at her waiting for her to change her mind. She knowingly caressed Zuki's face and whispered. "I know..." "Alright... We better go before they wake up." "Yes. Let's go!"
