I slowly took a step towards Matt I hung my head slightly trying to seem as unthreatening as possible, trying to look submissive. I wanted to run from him as my plan to run run run until I regained my sanity hadn't worked and to Make matters worse Matt who was the one who troubled my sanity the most was here it was pointless to run from him. He slowly approached me and gently placed his hand into my fur and buried it thickly , smiling as he felt the warmth radiating from my body. He sighed and collapsed back to sitting resting his back against the tree behind him.
"I was hunting you wasn't I?" I snorted which he seemed to interpret as a yes, which is good as that was what I was trying to say. He sighed "this is f****d up." he said running a hand roughly through his hair. I snorted again, "how?" he whispered, looking at me in that way that I didn't like the way that said he was looking to me to fix everything to make everything right. "I don't understand anything that's happening to me." he said with a reluctant sort of sigh "did you. I mean did this make sense to you?" I snorted and tried making an attempt at shaking my head knowing the gesture was at best clumsy. Matt sighed and dropped his head running both his hands through his hair roughly. "God I need help." He sighed "if I could have f*****g controlled my hormones you would help me, but I scared you didn't I. I broke it and you can't help me anymore but I don't have a clue how to help Me." the silence stretched out between us until I got up and padded over to Matt gripping the cuff of his sleeve biting down onto it and tugging gently with my teeth. "You want to go for a walk?" he said gently, I tugged on his sleeve again which thankfully he took to be a yes, and going for a walk obviously didn't seem to bad so he just sighed and pushed himself up to his feet and bowed stupidly. "Lead on my lady." I snorted and turned from him trotting steadily off through the trees. I didn't slow down even though my form was clearly better designed to run through the foliage but my silvery grey form didn't find much camouflage in this dreary brown black of the twilit forest so I knew Matt would be able to follow the small discrete flashes of my fur. I stopped as we weaved in through a more dense patch of trees and dropped down to lying on the floor lazily. Matt looked at me quizzically , so I just snorted butted Matt back a few steps with a small growl before I figured he had got the idea as I nestled my head back down. Matt sighed and walked to a tree opposite and sat down on the floor quietly, I had small bundle of fabric on the floor by my front paws. Matt reached out a hand, I growled lightly at him but he just smiled at ignored me there was no real threat there and we both knew that. Matt reached up and picked up the leather cord that had been nestled on top of my white vest top and twisted it around his fingers and picking it up could clearly see the little sparkling pendant hanging from it. "You kept it." He whispered and turned back to look at Me "So what now we bay at the moon or something?" I gave a sort of snort in a way that was the closest I could get to a laugh. "so are you still with Harley ," he asked I snorted to be honest slightly annoyed that he had such an issue with my fake relationship. Matt began rubbing his hands roughly needing out the cramps in them. I suddenly sat up watching intently as I Could feel, taste and smell the change in the air. "I mean I'm not saying." he sighed awkwardly "It's not like we... or...I...I don't...it's just him....its him I can't take that.... you and...him." I slowly pushed myself up to my feet and padded over to him pressing my warm muzzle into his hand. "Amy...I...I..." his words faltered as pain shot through his limbs and he doubled over screaming out in pain. I leaned over pressing my warm nose into his neck, trying to comfort him in the limited way I was able. Even though Matt was probably beyond finding my presence a comfort. I stalked around his convulsing body as he pushed himself up pulling his hoodie and shirt off and flinging them aside snarling and snapping as the shift progressed on.
