Liora's POV Gina didn't say anything at first. We had barely settled into our seats before our coffees arrived, and while the café buzzed with quiet conversations and the steady hiss of the espresso machine, an unusual silence settled between us. She wasn't staring into her cup or checking her phone like she normally would. She was watching me. I smiled over the rim of my mug. "You're thinking too much," I said. "Whatever it is, just say it."
