Liora’s POV
By the time I finished the last thing on my desk, I was already thinking about lunch. Mina had messaged me that morning to say she would meet me at the company, and since she had arrived before I was finished with work, I had told her to wait for me in the reception area.
I was gathering my things when Gina appeared beside my desk.
“Are you still going to lunch with Mina?”
“Yes. She has been waiting for me.”
Gina hesitated.
“Do you want me to come?”
I looked at her.
“Why?”
“I do not know. I just thought I would ask.”
I smiled.
“You are being strange.”
“I am allowed to be strange occasionally.”
I laughed softly.
“I will be fine. I will see you later.”
She gave me a look that told me she was not completely convinced, but she nodded and returned to her desk.
