The second summon

Elena woke before sunrise. For several moments, she stared at the ceiling, trying to convince herself that the previous night had been nothing more than a strange dream. Then she remembered. The Alpha. His chambers. The way he had looked at her. She closed her eyes. "Forget it."She whispered the words to herself and pushed the blanket aside. She had work to do.By the time Elena reached the kitchens, the castle was beginning to stir. The ovens were already burning, and the familiar sounds of knives against wooden boards filled the room. She tied her apron around her waist and immediately began helping with breakfast. "You're late."Elena looked up.Mira stood across from her, holding a basket of vegetables against her hip.I'm not.""You are.""I'm usually here before you." Mira narrowed her eyes"Exactly." Elena tried to ignore her. Mira moved closer. Then her expression changed. "Elena." "What?" "So You were summoned last night." Elena's hands stopped. "There's nothing to know." Mira placed the basket on the table. "You're telling me the Alpha summoned you, and there's nothing to know?" "He requested me." "That's what I said." Elena sighed. "He summoned me because that is what he does." Mira studied her face. "And?" "And what?" "How was he?" Elena gave her a warning look. "Mira." "I'm asking." "And I'm not answering." Mira grinned. "That means something happened." "Nothing happened." "You've been staring at the same onion for nearly a minute." Elena looked down. She was, indeed, holding a knife over an untouched onion. She quickly began cutting it. Mira laughed. "Leave me alone." "Fine." Mira turned away but suddenly looked back "But Elena?" "What?" "Don't make the mistake of thinking being summoned means you're special." Elena's knife slowed. "I know." Mira's voice became more serious. "Good." Elena nodded. She knew. That was exactly what she had been telling herself since she left the Alpha's chambers. She wasn't special. Across the castle, Kael sat behind his desk. Reports covered almost every inch of it. Damon, his beta stood opposite him. "The eastern village has requested more guards," Damon said. "Why?" "There was a dispute between two families. It nearly became violent." "Send two warriors." "Two?" "They don't need an army for a family argument." Damon nodded and made a note. "There is also a request from the neighboring pack concerning the trade route." Kael looked up. "What do they want?" "They want to change the terms." "No." Damon almost smiled. "You didn't even hear the terms." "I don't need to." "You might." Kael's eyes lifted. Damon continued. "They're asking for more grain in exchange for iron." Kael leaned back "How much more?" Damon told him. Kael considered it. "No." Damon sighed. "I knew you'd say that." "They're taking advantage of the shortage." "They claim the shortage isn't their fault." "It isn't mine either." Damon wrote something down. "I'll send them a counteroffer." "Do that." He moved to the next report. "Patrols?" "Quiet." "Rogues?" "Nothing significant." Kael nodded. For a moment, the room was silent. Then Damon looked at him. "You seem distracted." Kael's gaze remained on the papers. "I'm working." "I can see that. "Then stop looking at me." Damon's mouth twitched. "Yes, Alpha." He continued reading the reports. But Kael's attention had already drifted. He remembered the way a woman took control of him and made him feel different. Elena. He frowned and forced his attention back to the papers. He didn't understand why he remembered her so clearly. And, most irritatingly, he remembered the way she had surprised him. Kael closed the report. Enough. It had been one night. That was all. By evening, the castle had settled into its usual rhythm. Elena was helping prepare dinner when the head cook called her. "Take this to the servants' hall." Elena nodded and lifted the tray. She was halfway across the kitchen when someone stepped into her path. She stopped. It was Damon. The Beta. Everyone in the kitchen immediately became quieter. Damon looked at Elena. "The Alpha has requested you." Elena's fingers tightened around the tray. Again? She stared at him. "I'm sorry?" Damon's expression remained calm. "You heard me." Mira, standing several feet away, looked at Elena with wide eyes. Elena slowly placed the tray down. She removed her apron. Damon waited. She followed him out of the kitchen. As they walked through the corridor, Elena couldn't stop thinking about what Mira had said. Don't make the mistake of thinking you're special. But why had he called her again? When they reached the Alpha's chambers, Damon opened the door. Elena stepped inside. Kael was standing beside the fireplace. His attention immediately shifted toward her. For several seconds, neither spoke. Elena finally lowered her gaze. "Alpha." "Come here." She obeyed. Kael studied her. This time, something was different. The first time, he had barely known her. Now he knew her name. He knew where she worked. And he didn't like how much that mattered. "You look surprised." Elena hesitated. "I didn't expect to be summoned again." Kael's expression didn't change. "Why?" She looked at him. "Because you usually request different women." Silence. Kael stared at her. She immediately realized she might have said too much. "I'm sorry." "Don't." She stopped. "Don't apologize for answering honestly." Elena nodded. Kael turned away. He had no answer for her. He didn't know why he had requested her. That was the truth. He had told himself it was because he wanted to experience the difference again. That explanation should have been enough. But now that she was standing in front of him, he found himself wanting something else. He wanted to know her. The thought irritated him. "How long have you worked in the kitchen?" "Three years." "Who taught you?" "My mother." The answer came quietly. Kael looked at her again "She still lives here?" Elena hesitated. "No." He noticed the change in her expression. He didn't press. Instead, he asked about the kitchen. What she cooked. Which herbs she preferred. Elena slowly relaxed. She found herself talking more than she intended. Kael listened. Actually listened. At some point, she realized they had been talking for several minutes. She looked at him suspiciously. "Why are you asking me all these questions?" Kael's expression hardened. "Do you object?" "No." "Then answer them." Elena nodded. But something about the way he looked at her made her wonder whether he was asking himself the same question. Why was he talking to her? Why had he summoned her? Why had he remembered everything she had said? Kael didn't have an answer. He only knew that he wanted her. And he didn't want her leaving his chambers thinking he had called her simply to speak. So he stopped asking questions. "Take off your clothes" he said. Her expression changed but she did as she was told. He took off his clothes and got close to the bed. Then surprisingly, he said, "How do you intend to pleasure me today" Then she knelt on the far end of the bed and invited him to join her on his bed. She made him lie flat and did a little foreplay with his dixk. It was really huge that both her hands were struggling to hold it all. She kept on stroking it and the alpha felt more aroused. After minutes of stroking, he came there . But she wasn't done. She got on him but this time , her back was to him and she faced towards the direction of his legs. He was amused. she gently guided his member into her and she sat comfortably on it before going up and down the hard coxk. The view before the alpha was surprisingly so arousing. The constant movement of her ass going up and down his manhood and slamming slightly against his balls was heavenly. He stretched forward and caught her boobs also in a jumping motion and squeezed roughly. She kept going and moans filled the room. Then, she stood up and faced him and sat on it again. At this point, they could see each other's faces and Kael couldn't help but stare at her expression. She also caught his glance. He fumbled her boobs and she moaned slightly. After minutes into the act, he slightly pushed her and she got off his body for him to release. She saw him crash on the bed and said "may I go, alpha" "You should rest a little" he found himself saying. she reluctantly went back to the bed and lay. --- Later, Elena dressed quietly. Kael watched her from the bed. She reached for the door. "Elena." She stopped. She looked back. Kael almost told her to stay. Instead, he said, "Come tomorrow." Her eyes widened slightly. "For what?" Kael paused. He didn't know how to answer. So he gave the only answer that felt safe. "I'll decide." Elena nodded. "Yes, Alpha." She left. Kael stared at the closed door. He had no idea why he had asked her to return. But he knew one thing. He hadn't wanted the night to end. Elena walked through the corridor alone. She didn't see the woman standing farther down the hall. Seraphine had just turned the corner with her personal maid, Nadia. She stopped when she noticed Elena. Her eyes followed the young woman as she walked away from the Alpha's chambers. Seraphine didn't react. She had seen women leave those rooms before. She simply watched Elena disappear around the corner. Then she looked at Nadia. "Was that girl from the kitchen?" Nadia glanced after Elena. "Yes, my lady." Seraphine's eyes narrowed slightly. "I've never noticed her before." Nadia hesitated. Seraphine noticed. What?" Nadia lowered her voice. "I have seen her before." "When?" Nadia looked toward the Alpha's chambers. "Last night." Seraphine turned fully toward her. "Last night?" Nadia nodded. "She was with the Alpha." For several seconds, Seraphine said nothing. Her eyes moved back toward the corridor where Elena had disappeared. She had known Kael slept with women. She had accepted it. She had even spent the previous night with him herself. But this was different. The same woman. Two nights. Seraphine's expression remained perfectly calm. "Are you certain?" "Yes, my lady." Seraphine looked toward Kael's closed door. Then she smiled faintly. It wasn't a warm smile. She was the only one to have the luxury of going to him frequently "Get to know about her" Nadia bowed. "Yes, my lady." Seraphine turned and walked away. But the question had already settled in her mind. Who was Elena? And why had Kael called for her twice?
