Chapter 7After discovering he had no pulse, I rifled through my pockets. My cell phone was missing. I'd last seen it in the men's room when I changed out of the Santa Claus costume. I couldn't worry about it now. My priority was finding a phone and calling an ambulance. I scanned my immediate surroundings but observed none on the desk or wall. I rushed out of the room and down the corridor, eventually poking my head around the corner, where I interrupted Eleanor carrying a tray to the kitchen. I whispered her name and waved her over. After explaining who I'd found unconscious, she balanced the tray on one hand and dug out her cell phone from her pocket. “Use mine. Oh, the poor man.
