Week 2 + Alpha Luna

Character: Aurora Blake Step One: Design the Background of the Protagonist     - Aurora was born as a twin, her brother Aiden, was the first son of the pack Alpha. They were born under a blue moon that signified to the pack that he would be a great leader. Rising tensions between the packs and the Hunters put stress on their parent's to ensure he'd be the leader they needed. As a result, Aurora was often ignored, forgotten, and lonely. Things took a further turn for the worse when her mother was killed in a Hunter attack, leaving her father vengeful and harsh.      - As a result of this childhood, Aurora herself was angry and distrustful. She wanted prove to her father and brother that she could be an asset to the pack, but was not given the resources she needed so she sought them out herself. Aurora began taking combat courses at local studios and took on a part-time job to help her balance the cost. On her 18th birthday she intends to try out to become a warrior in the pack. Step Two: Figure Out Your Character's Personality    - Aurora rarely accepts help from other's as she feels that help invalidates her successes and makes her look weak. Hard-working and independent.    - Outwardly she likes to seem cold and unaffected by other's opinions, but internally is constantly seeking approval and to be the best at anything she is doing. Competitive and ambitious.    - Acts cooperative to avoid confrontation (with her father for example), keeps disagreement and opinions bottled-up. Quiet but with a storm raging inside.    - Doesn't like to see people in the same position she has been in her life. Compassionate and anti-bully. Step Three: Figure Out the Physical Features    - Aurora is 17 years old and turning 18 in just a few months. She and her twin both have eyes as blue as the moon they were born under, and long hair so blonde in nearly glows in the moonlight. However, the twins wolves are opposites, Aurora's wolf is all white, while Aiden's is all black.     - Dresses for function more than fashion and always natural, she doesn't wear makeup and her hair is usually up. In instances where she is asked too she will get dressed up (seeking approval/cooperative), but day-to-day it's just a barrier or distraction to reaching her goal.    - Small frame, agile because of her training classes, not as muscular as she could be but strong. About 5'6" in height.    - Often lost in thought or suppressing feelings, facial expression is usually downcast or tight/pinched. Rarely see a full smile on her face. Step Four: Build Social Relationships    - Aiden Blake: Twin Brother, future pack Alpha. Aiden and Aurora had almost separate childhoods as everything about his life was centered around his future as the Alpha. The two have an estranged relationship, he's grown into his superiority and ego of future Alpha and does not see or understand his twin's struggles. Aurora holds a lot of anger and resentment toward Aiden because of the attention he stole from her.     - Alpha Andrew Blake: Father, Oakwood Pack Alpha. Aurora reminds him of his lost wife, after she past he wanted to see Aurora less and less. His primary focus was revenge on the Hunter's and his son's ascension to Alpha. He treats her as a distraction or annoyance, and is disinterested in anything she does unless it effects his end goals. Aurora wants nothing more than his approval and to prove her worth.    - Alpha Eric Rhodes: Future Mate, Blue Ridge Pack Alpha. Took over his pack at 18 as well since his father's health had been declining and his mother had taken on leading the pack. Has a great respect for females and is impressed and amused by Aurora's stubborn ambition. Helps to teach her to let other's in and how to accept help to become a good leader.
