Episode 6-forbidden confessions

402 Words
The tension in the penthouse was suffocating. Isabella's hands trembled as she tried to steady her breathing. Adrian's protective presence was comforting, yet Damian's shadow loomed larger than ever. "You're not going anywhere, Isabella," Damian said, stepping closer, his tone dark and possessive. "Not until I get what's mine." Adrian's hand tightened around her waist. "She's not yours. Not now, not ever. Step back." His voice was cold, dangerous, and Isabella felt the electricity of his anger vibrating through the room. Damian smirked, leaning closer to her ear. "You think he understands, Bella? Do you? He doesn't know what we shared... the promises, the sacrifices. You can't just erase it." Isabella's chest ached. Memories she had tried to bury—secret meetings, whispered deals, a night she wished she could forget—surfaced in painful clarity. She had always known the past could catch up to her, but never like this. "I... I have to tell him," she whispered to Adrian, her voice trembling. "Everything. Before it's too late." Adrian's eyes softened, but the fire in them never faded. "Then tell me. I can handle the truth. But you need to be honest... no lies, no holding back." She swallowed hard. "Damian and I... we made a deal. A dangerous one. He... he has leverage over me, something he could use to ruin me if I ever defied him." Damian's smirk widened. "Finally, she admits it. You see, Adrian? She belongs to me in more ways than you realize." Adrian stepped closer, his voice deadly calm. "No. She belongs to herself, and I will not let you control her." Isabella's heart raced. She had never seen Adrian like this—protective, fierce, unstoppable. And for the first time, she felt a surge of hope that maybe, just maybe, she could escape Damian's grip. But Damian wasn't finished. "You think love can save her? You're naïve, Adrian. Love is a luxury. And I don't let go of what's mine." Adrian's hand shot out, gripping Damian's wrist and twisting it sharply. "Wrong answer." Damian yelped, stumbling back, and for a moment, the room was silent—save for the rapid beating of Isabella's heart. She looked between them, realizing the danger hadn't passed. The fight wasn't just about her heart anymore—it was about survival, power, and the secrets that could destroy everything. And deep down, she knew this was only the beginning.
