“Oh, good. You’re back. Is everything all right with your tenants?”
“Yes, sure. They are fine.”
“Something is wrong, Harry. Will you tell me what it is?”

“Do I get to meet them?”
Harry was going to tell her no but suddenly he had an idea. “Yes, Monica. I think it is time you met them and found out a little about them. I expect they will come take a soak in the spa very soon now. They waited up for us until late last night and had a little too much to drink. They all looked hung over to me.”
“Oh, okay, that will give us some time to talk.”
“What would you like to talk about?”
“I like your house, Harry, but I think it needs a female touch and want to make some changes.”
