Chapter 4: Scarlet the Alpha Rouge?!

I was seriously not feeling good about this fight but it was a wolf thing and there’s nothing I can do to prevent this one. Plus, when I saw how emotionless Scarlet could be, I can’t find any word to say aside from watching. I wonder why, is it because her opponent was a weakling or nothing more?

“Prepare to die, MUTT!!!” the omega guy shouted as he began to sprint toward Scarlet to tackle her.

But Scarlet swiftly dodged it like it was nothing. Every attempted attack was lame for Scarlet. She dodged it like she was checking her shoes if it was still tied; she even twisted her body to check if there were any stains on her clothes. Seriously the way she dodged, was something common movement that seriously pissed off this omega guy.

The guy growled impatiently and immediately shifted into full grey brown wolf form and attacked her. I don't want to see any of this but when I looked at Scarlet, she was beyond pissed. She doesn’t like that our omega shifted into its wolf form.

Is she offended or something?

But then, again, Scarlet still managed to swiftly dodge every attack like it’s no different from what happened a while ago. The guy was seriously raging in anger to every dodge that Scarlet does and roared. As the guy roared, Scarlet’s gang they chilled on the grassy ground like they were bored over this challenge. I was curious on why they acted like that until I heard my Dad gasped.

“It can’t be…her.” My Dad mumbled as his eyes widened upon seeing a familiar dodges from same girl who trespassed here a long time ago.

When I noticed that shocked face written onto my Dad’s face, I put my hand onto his shoulder and smiled at him. From that gesture, he already knew what he must do since he’s the Alpha of the Blue Moon pack. I was about to say welcome to my Dad when a raging roar from the omega echoed through my ears and caught my attention again.

I can tell that he was not in the best state also he wanted to kill her, my Scarlet. It frightened me from the thought of losing her since I never got a chance to know her even more aside from my dreams about her. I held my Dad’s shoulder tighter that made him looked worried at me.

“Go inside, if you can’t watch this.” Dad said with worried tone but I couldn’t respond since my eyes were glued to the stupid fight they were having now.

I felt the tensions since Scarlet was been hit twice or trice only but it doesn’t change the fact that every hit she took was still nothing to her. She sighed then shook her head like this was not working.

“Stop this nonsense fight before I force you to do so.” Scarlet calmly stated to the pissed wolf while dodging the attacked but it didn’t listen.

Scarlet sighed like she was giving up but I don’t think that was it. At the same time, the four rogues stood up and about to leave as they yawned but they were being stopped by some wolves. The four rogues groaned and sighed in defeat before going back to their seats.

“Gosh, I’m starving and this match will go nowhere.” One of them complained.

I felt the same but in a different way. It was boring because Scarlet was kept on dodging her opponent’s attacked plus I’m super hell worried about her condition.

“THAT’S IT!” Scarlet snapped that she immediately put some distanced from the wolf who was about to give her final blow.

This time she didn’t move or even made another step but to him, he took the opportunity to make one. He sprinted as he charged toward her but before he could even reach her something was revolving around her. I don’t want to see this but I can’t avert my gaze from this one. She wanted me to see this.

“THIS IS USELESS!” Scarlet boomed her Alpha voice that made the wolf suddenly whimpered and immediately bowed down in defeat.

“I just play along with your stupidity. Honestly, I don’t want to hurt you in front of your human pack member but you leave me no choice.” She continued as her anger radiated around the field.

Nobody can move from her unique Alpha voice that I found so wonderful.

“Also, do you think I forgot what you did to Eliz earlier at the cafeteria? I’m still pissed over it but good thing she has a good heart not like you. So tell me omega, who was the mutt now…” Scarlet continued with such raging Alpha voice to the wolf who’s still whimpering on the ground.

When I noticed that it has a weird effect on everyone, I immediately rushed to where she was standing. I really don’t know what came into me but I have to do something; I hugged her. Everyone gasped to what I just did even my Dad who was being a worried-Dad and Scarlet. She was stunned from the hug I gave but slowly it was calming her down. When she was cooled down, she firmly looked at the wolf that was shifting back to his human naked form. Good thing, I was at the back of Scarlet’s so, I didn’t see his naked glory.

“Be thankful because Eliz was here; if not, you’ll be whimpering for the rest of your life and turned rogue if you can’t shift back within a week. Just be thankful to her, for saving you from me.” Scarlet continued with such calmness yet you can still noticed how pissed she was. But she was still in control.

“Silver…” I mumbled that made her looked back at me and flicked my forehead.

I pouted like a kid and she laughed at me.

“How did you know my second name?” Scarlet asked me with such passion.

“Dream.” I just replied to her with a big smile written onto my face that made her nodded.

Both of us were getting really closed that made my Dad cut us off.

“Tell me, are you her mate, Eliz?” Dad asked me that made blushed like a tomato in instant and from that reaction of mine, he already knew the answer.

“Scarlet Silver Longford, I, Dereck Aston the Alpha of the Blue Moon Pack, accept you to our pack and as the mate of my daughter Eliz Clair Aston.” Dad said with such fatherly figure and Alpha voice that made my jaw dropped on the floor.

Seriously, I couldn’t believe that he accepted a rogue to be my mate.

“No offense, Alpha. I’m a rogue and always be one but I would love to give you Seth Kingston because his mate was a member of the Blue Moon pack.” Scarlet politely declined.

“And who could it be?” my Dad asked Scarlet with such curiosity.

“Alwen.” I said bluntly that made Alwen growled at me but she was indeed blushing that made me chuckle then hugged her tightly.

“I’m going to kill you for this.” Alwen whispered to me.

“Oh please, just thank me.” I whispered back at her while hugging her firmly within my arms.

My father, I mean my Dad nodded and welcomed Seth within the pack but at the same time I was saddened when I saw the girl cried when she embraced Seth tightly like they’re not going to see each other again.

“Ahm, what’s your name?” I asked the girl after Seth hugged her.

She looked at me while wiping her tears away from her eyes like a little kid that made me sad. I gave her a big hug that I rarely give to anyone. I soothed her from crying and when she stopped, she looked at me with wet and fluffy red eyes.

“I’m Ally Kingston, his little sister.” She replied from my previews question.

“I see, don’t worry you can come here with me after school if you wanted to hang out with your brother.” I said genuinely that made her smiled warmly and made Scarlet wrapped her arms around me then kissed my cheek.

I was tomato cheeks again that made Ally giggled cutely. But there was something in me that I just can’t shake off and I wonder what that was.

“Scarlet, can we talk in private?” Dad suddenly approached Scarlet that snapped me from being embarrassed.

“Dad!” I shouted at him that made him sighed in defeat.

“Fine, Scarlet, can you tell me why decline?” Dad asked her directly.

“I’m an Alpha Rogue.” Scarlet honestly replied.

“Never heard of it.” Dad said as he tried to understand what she just said to us.

“Well, that’s what Alwen said too.” I said that made Scarlet chuckled.

“You’ll know soon since I’m yours, mate.” Scarlet said as she leaned her face closely that made me blush.

“Well, better to check on Alwen.” She told me that made me run off since I was embarrassed.

But I heard something.

“Can I still be her mate, Alpha?” Scarlet asked Dad when I was a bit away from them.

“As long you keep her safe.” Dad answered that made me happy.

“I can’t promise but I will try for her safety.” She chuckled that made Dad joined her.

“But seriously Scarlet, if you’re an Alpha kindly protect her since I can’t always do that.” Dad seriously said to her as he patted her shoulder.

“Always do since I met her here.” She said she recalled our first meeting.
