I suddenly opened up my eyes and sat up from my bed and I’m not panting or frightened but I’m crying. There were tears falling down on my cheeks even though I tried to wipe them off but it was still there. I am still crying. I don’t understand or even recall the exact reason but one thing was for sure, it was about that dream that I woke up from. I looked around my room to only see dim darkness and no shadow lurking around. I sighed then glanced to my little brother who was still peaceful sleeping. It made me smile as I wiped away the tears from my face before kissing my little brother’s forehead.
