While Eva and Thomas were in the enclosure, Charlie had gone belowdecks to confer with his eyes in the sky. He soon learned that earlier that day, the satellites for the Air Force Academy had picked up some unusual activity off Guanaja, the Bay Island adjacent to Roatán. Apparently, multiple cargo planes were spotted flying into and out of the small airport there.
“All I know is, those aren’t ours. But it looks like ours might be on the way,” was all that Tashana Palmer would say.
Mel passed that information on to Eva, which made her only more determined to recover the captured wild pod. What she hadn’t anticipated was that Delphi Force would have such an interest in the wild pod and their whereabouts.
