But before I could even process my thoughts, a voice whispered behind me, "Glad you know that." I spun around to face Maya, her expression blank and unyielding. Her hand was folded against her chest, her eyes cold and detached.
“Do you know, the triplet and I are dating?”. she asked, her voice devoid of emotion, as she moved closer to wash her hands.
“Oh, they didn’t tell me about that. I had no idea”. I responded sarcastically.
"Yes, we've been together for a while now," she said, her voice still devoid of emotion. "And I have to say, I'm a bit disappointed in you."
