He’d broken my left arm and so he had to pull me off the ropes because it was no longer supporting my body as my arm had completely snapped from the force of his hits. I didn’t even want to look down at my skin because I knew I was torn apart, I could feel it and so could his mother as she stood by and watched, she tried to stop him several times but he had hit her too. There was no stopping the monster before me, he was going to finish what he had started and I only had myself to blame for this. Had I listened to him, had I not turned my back on him, I wouldn’t be here right now dwelling on what I could’ve done right instead.
