Ella’s POV
“Girl, what the f**k just happened today? I mean like where’s this man from? How is he your long-lost dad who abandoned you? Explain this to me because if that’s how kidnappings happen, I might as well thank my kidnappers for saving me.” Maya’s question caught me off guard and before I knew it, we were both laughing.
We had gone around the room earlier and it was magical. Nothing compared to this, and I had seen and watched magical movies before. This was simply amazing. The room had a walk-in closet that felt like stepping in to a high end boutique than a personal space.
Maya moved closer to me at the edge of the queen size family bed. “When we go clubbing, I’m wearing the champagne velvet dress we saw back there. Remember, I asked early.” She winked.
