Jess’s POV
“Let’s go, Rob, we can’t wait for an ambulance when we have a car!” John yelled as they struggled to lift Jordan up. In one go, they lifted him and rushed out of the door. I had been standing on the same spot, unable to speak, react, or do anything. I couldn’t understand what was happening.
“Girl, are you okay?” Maya patted my shoulder. We were the only ones left in the room, but I couldn’t find my speech. “I think we should follow them, just to make sure he’s fine,” Maya suggested, and I nodded.
We rushed out of the office and got to the back entrance, where the guards were helping put Jordan in the backseat of his car.
