“What are you going to do?” Andie asked, setting a plate in front of Kristen.
She sighed. “I don’t know. I like him. I want to get to know him better.”
“You’re not just trying to sleep with him?”
Kristen shook her head. “That’s why I want to get to know him. I don’t want to sleep with him. I mean, I do, but I don’t. You know?”
Andie nodded and turned off the burners. She stirred the food in the pan and moved the pan over to the island. “I think that’s a good thing. You see him tomorrow?”
“Yep.” Kristen spooned pasta for both of them onto their plates while Andie grabbed salad dressing. “We’re going parasailing.”
“That should be fun. I wish I could do all this.”
Kristen grinned. “It’s a pretty awesome assignment for the summer. I can’t say I’m upset by it.”
