Ian glanced back at Kristen and Oliver at the table and saw Zane at the bar alone. He went over to see if Zane needed help with drinks and noticed he didn’t look very happy. “You okay?”
Zane shook his head. “I shouldn’t let what other people think matter, but I have trouble separating it.”
Ian nodded. “I completely understand. I’m always worried about what people think, and even worse, what they say. Penny has never been one for keeping her mouth shut. You shouldn’t let her bother you.”
