“Oliver! New customer for you!” Eric shouted from the doorway. Oliver shut down his phone and slid it back into his pocket. His heart raced just enough to give him hope. People rarely asked for him, and almost never a new customer. He was new enough to the studio that he didn’t have much of a following yet, but the other guys were great to work with. They passed work his way whenever they could, and it was working out. He walked out from the back and tried not to smile as he approached the front. He knew Ian would be back.
