Despite Bella saying she is giving a chance to Alfred, it did not change the fact that she is an inborn hard to get along person. Days after their return, Alfred sent an encrypted message to their base through the address left by Aila. Alexa was already expecting it and directly sent the message to Albert who was assigned to this job.
Albert considered himself to have known Alfred well enough in that period of time his parents made him accompany the guy to know his quirks. Examining his message and being certain that there were no tricks in them, he approved of his proposal to send an envoy to their base. He was impressed enough that he especially empathized that a certain obsessive uncle will lead the said envoy to see his wary nephew.
