Knotting- When some animals mate, specifically canines, the p***s enlarges during an o****m.  It enlarges so much to the point where it is stuck inside the female.  This happens to make sure the female gets the male's seed.  The p***s does not always do this when the male is m**********g, though sometimes it does.  Heat- Mated and unmated females go into heat once every six months.  In heat, the females get incredibly desperate for s*x.  Heats can last from 3 days up to 2 weeks.  Females can usually get through heats with m**********n and using toys, but the heats will stop in the middle of heat if the female is pregnant.  Males do not get heats, they will get ruts. Ruts- Ruts are the equivalent of heats, but for males.  Unlike females, males have to have found their mate to be able to get ruts.  Males get them once every six months, but they act a lot differently than females.  Males get extremely agitated when provoked.  They also get a deep urge to protect their mate.  Usually, they will not let their mate out of the house or a certain room for as long as their rut lasts.  The ruts can last up to one week.   Mating- When werewolves have s*x, it is called mating.  The two mates scent will mix to create a whole new scent once they have mated.  For about two weeks after the mating process, the males will yell at any other male that lays their eyes on his mate.  Another male touching the female will probably be murdered.   Marking- When two or more mates mate for the first time, they typically mark one another.  Marking is when one of the mates(it doesn't matter if it's the male or female) bites the other neck/shoulder.  Marking each other is forever.  If teh mates are from separate packs, then this will allow the mates to talk to each other through their mind link. Mind Link- This is when people of the same pack can talk to each other with their minds. With mates, however, the mind link is stronger. They can hear each other's thoughts and feel each other's feelings through the mind link. Pack House- The packhouse is is the giant mansion they always talk about in the books.  Some of the higher-ranking members live here with their family when they are super busy.  They also have their own personal homes.   Wolfsbane- Wolfsbane can be found in mountains to temperate regions throughout western and central Europe. This plant has purple leaves that are rounded and it is palmately divided into 5-7 well-lobed segments.  It is harmful to werewolves.  It typically doesn't kill them but weakens them a whole bunch.   Silver- The reasoning behind using silver as an Achilles' Heel for werewolves varies from story to s********e legends tell of silver poisoning a werewolf's blood and shooting one in the heart with a silver bullet being the fastest way to contaminate the bloodstream.  If silver touches a werewolf's skin, it will burn them.  Even a werewolf's fast healing cannot heal the burns. Fast Healing- Werewolves heal very quickly. In fact, besides their most unstoppable size and sheer strength, this is one trait of the werewolf that does make them so powerful.  Larger wounds, such as large gashes or broken bones, will heal in just a few minutes or at least in under a day. Moon Goddess- The Moon Goddess is the Goddess of all werewolves.  The Moon Goddess chooses werewolves mates and wolves.  She is very important to werewolves. I may add more definitions if I feel like it, but this is it for now.  Have a good day/night!
