THE POISONED SOUP

464 Words
Once there was a girl named Molly. She lived with her parents and her grandmother lived 6 blocks away from their house. She loved spending time with her grandmother and she even thought that her grandmother was her biological mother. One day when she was walking home from school, she thought of visiting her grandmother before going home. When she arrived at her grandmother's place, she opened the door and went inside, thinking that she would find her on the couch watching TV. She was confused when she didn't find her in the living room, where she always is and the TV was off. She heard voices of people talking upstairs and she went to check her grandmother's bedroom. When she entered the room, she saw her grandmother laying on the bed, watching TV in her bedroom and she looked weak. When she asked her what was wrong, she told her that she was sick and she needed to rest in order for her to feel better. She told her that she will bring her soup every time when she comes back from school until she gets better and she left. When she arrived at home she asked her mother if she could cook some soup for her whenever she's back from school and when her mother asked her why, she told her that her grandmother was sick and her mother agreed to do so. The next day when she came back from school, she found her mother finished cooking the soup and she took it and went to her grandmother's place. When she arrived, she gave the soup to her grandmother and waited for her to finish it before she could leave. When she finished the soup, she went to sleep and Molly left. This continued for a week but her grandmother wasn't getting better. One day when she went to her grandmother's place to give her the soup, she felt like something was off with the soup because it smelled bad but she just brushed off the feeling. She arrived and went inside and gave her grandmother the soup. While she was watching her grandmother drink the soup, she felt a little bit thirsty and went to the kitchen to drink some water. When she came back, she noticed that her grandmother hadn't finished the soup and she wasn't moving. She tried shaking her and shouting but she didn't even move or make a sound then she looked at the container that still has a little bit of soup in it and she tasted it and 2 seconds later, she felt dizzy and started vomiting. She couldn't stop vomiting until she threw up her intestines and within 5 minutes she died because she didn't know that the soup was poisoned.. THE END
