THE MAZE

There once was a group of five teenage friends who liked creating games. There were 3 boys, Jake, Jaden, Jack and 2 girls, Brittney and Bianca. They would come up with a crazy game and it gets popular within minutes. They were known as “THE GAME CREATORS”.
They created a few games like The running Ben, Pimple Popper, Talking Poop and other stupid crazy games. The was only one game that they created and didn't publish it. They said that it was really weird, creepy and scary.
It was called The Maze. It was about a huge maze that a player gets trapped in the middle of it and that player must try to get out of the maze as fast as he could. Two days before it was supposed to be published, something happened to Jake when he tested the game. He was playing the game and nothing wrong was going on or happening in the game and he liked it.
After a while of him playing it, it started glitching and the screen went blank. He tried turning the tablet on and off, but nothing worked. He was about to put it away when the screen lid up.
When he looked at the screen, he noticed that there was something different with the game. All the green grass and leaves were brown, some of the obstacles were worn out and broken. He got a notification on his tablet and he checked it and it said, “You must play five rounds of this game and you have two minutes to get out of the maze of each round or you'll be trapped in it forever, ” then it wrote press play on the bottom of the screen.
He was confused and he thought that his friends were playing tricks on him or testing him. Called out for his friends but they didn't answer. He started playing the game and it was fine on the first round. As he was playing other rounds, he noticed that there were unexpected obstacles and creatures but he always managed to get out of the maze on time.
On the last round, he was given only a minute to get out of the maze. He started playing and while he was playing, he noticed that the timer was moving fast and there were more creepy, scary, weird and disturbing obstacles than the last rounds. The obstacles looked real and he was impressed that his friends made this kind of a game.
When he was halfway out of the maze, the timer hit zero and he lost. The screen immediately went blank. Then, words started appearing on the tablet with a weird font and they said, “You lost the game, now it's time for you to be trapped in the maze.”
A red portal opened up and he got freaked out and started screaming while he's being sucked into the portal. When his friends came to check up on him, he was nowhere to be found. “Press play to save your friend and if you lose, you will join him.”
They were about to press it when they noticed that the game looked like the one they created but it was more disturbing, scary and creepy. They decided that they shouldn't publish it because Jake was trapped in the game and the only way to save him was to play the game and if they lost, they would be trapped inside the game.
Ever since that day, they stopped creating new games because they thought that the games that they create, are cursed and they might be harmful to people and Jake was trapped in the game for the rest of his life and no one dared to play the game even if they wanted to save him.
