From the perspective of spirituality is that life is fundamentally about choices. Which is the schooling about soul growth and the exercise of free will. Circumstances may be predetermined or karmic, the core spiritual work lies in how a person responds to them and determin the challenges, relationships, and lessons to evolve. True spiritual life focuses on choosing to act from love rather than fear to trust in the Divine.
